Topher Limited as a parking and traffic management specialist has addition of CSAS staff in its book. Nesha Gurung – Head of Operations and Thomas Vincent Bach – Security officer, are the newly CSAS accredited staff who received their accreditation in January.

The Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) qualifies staff to manage road closures and traffic flow on a public highway, therefore accredited with Police powers. In order to receive this accreditation, the company itself and the staff goes through Police vetting and training to assure the capability of the company and staff to perform the role.

Topher has 8 CSAS accredited employee including its Managing Director, Head of Operations, Operations Manager and Security Manager. Topher has accreditation from Devon & Cornwall Police, Essex Police and Surrey Police.
